On working out
I've been to the gym twice this week and it has had the predictable effect of boosting my energy level and making me more productive. I hate that this is the most logical answer to getting rid of the blues. When I'm feeling lazy and down, the last thing in the world I want to do is put on gym clothes and sweat to bad techno.

i think it'd be better for everyone all around if i/we could head to the gym as opposed to hotel utah when days are tough.
+1. I'm always amazed at how much better I feel on days I work out. I've been thinking about seeking out some lunchtime yoga near the office for when I need a mid-day boost. Interested?
