Day 1, Week 1
Just completed my day 1 of the challenge. For my initial test, I could only do 4 push-ups! For the "max" section at the end, I also could only do 4. We all have to start somewhere, right?
I'm trying to get the women on my roller derby team (Grave Danger) doing the challenge, but so far none of them have posted their stats. It is a bit sad to be a long time roller derby player who can't do 10 push-ups. I knew those girly style push-ups (on the knees) were holding me back all this time!
